The Thousand and One Evas
Designing the visual identity for the lecture series celebrating 70 years of women's suffrage in Argentina was a meaningful project to honour the legacy of Eva Perón and her influence on politics, art, and gender. Hosted by the Centro Cultural Kirchner, the series highlighted a pivotal moment in history while fostering contemporary dialogue.
This proposal was conceived and submitted as part of the open call to design the visual identity of the event in Buenos Aires.
The artwork features Letras del Correo, a typeface inspired by vintage posters and publications of Argentina’s national postal service, Correo Argentino. This choice roots the design in the country’s cultural and graphic heritage, creating a strong connection to the past while speaking to the present.
Through this blend of historical reference and contemporary clarity, the visual strategy was designed to foreground the transformative role of women’s voices in shaping societal narratives across time.
