Art direction and editorial design of the book «Resan hem» (The Journey Home) for Öndebo Missionshus.
This chapel was very much the final result of years of looking at things that I loved and visiting places that I was inspired by both in Sweden and around the world. In this project, I described how the adventure began in Stockholm on an unusual day. By the time I saw a small ad on social media and found this house, I suddenly had so many ideas but the house needed a bit of love.
The journey of bringing this property to life was also about bringing myself back to life, as it has become my focus for the last years. In the book I narrate the whole story behind the process of bringing back to life this property which could be described as historical puzzle, because I took references, materials and objects from different regions of Sweden and put them together.
